El Proyecto Justicia y Transparencia de USAID convoca la presentación de notas conceptuales enfocadas en iniciativas innovadoras dirigidas al estudio, análisis, y elaboración de propuestas de solución a los retos del sector justicia en Guatemala, especialmente aquellos vinculados con temas tales como: relación entre el acceso a la justicia y la migración irregular; justicia abierta (transparencia, rendición de cuentas, participación y colaboración); impunidad; y acceso a la justicia y grupos en situación de vulnerabilidad.
